Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Supervise junior staff and interns in clinical practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from accredited institution
- 3+ years of direct client experience in social services
- LCSW or LMSW license in New York State
- Expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Strong knowledge of NYC social service systems
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
