Responsibilities
- Design and implement zero-trust security architectures across cloud/on-prem environments
- Lead incident response for high-stakes cyber threats including ransomware and APT attacks
- Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for financial systems
- Develop automation scripts for security monitoring using Splunk and SIEM tools
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through monthly security workshops
- Represent security in quarterly stakeholder reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in fintech or regulated industries
- Certified CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent hands-on security credentials
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Strong Python/Bash scripting for security automation
- Proven experience leading incident response teams
- Deep knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience with threat hunting and MITRE ATT&CK framework
