- Automate security monitoring workflows using SIEM tools and custom scripts
- Mentor junior engineers on secure coding practices and threat modeling
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Research emerging threats and recommend defensive technology upgrades
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in cloud security architecture
- Expert-level certifications (CISSP, CCSP, or OSCP)
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure security services and container security (Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with threat detection tools (Splunk, CrowdStrike, Darktrace)
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR)
- Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
