Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end security architectures for cloud-native and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response investigations and threat hunting initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments including penetration testing and vulnerability analysis
- Develop security automation solutions using Python, Terraform, and Ansible
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and establish security best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture or engineering roles
- Expert-level knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and zero-trust principles
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, or OSCP) required
- Advanced experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong scripting abilities in Python and experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
- Demonstrated success in building scalable security automation frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
