- Design and implement enterprise-grade security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security code reviews
- Develop incident response plans and lead security breach investigations
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Stay ahead of emerging threats through continuous threat hunting and research
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container security
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and experience with security automation
- Proven experience in financial services or high-compliance industries
- Deep understanding of NIST frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
