Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex enterprise software solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to identify edge cases early in the SDLC.
- Conduct rigorous regression, performance, and security testing.
- Mentor junior QA staff and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Perform root-cause analysis on production defects to prevent recurrence.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution workflows using Jira.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and microservices architecture.
- Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
