Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures across cloud and on-premise environments
- Lead incident response efforts including threat hunting and forensic analysis
- Develop and maintain security automation tools using Python and Terraform
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering with focus on cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in SIEM implementation (Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Deep understanding of network protocols and attack vectors
- Experience with container security (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proven track record of designing and deploying zero-trust architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
