Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures across cloud and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations using SIEM and EDR tools
- Develop and maintain security automation using Python and Terraform
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Establish security best practices and mentor junior security team members
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in network security, cryptography, and zero-trust architectures
- Proven experience with security automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins)
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java
- Experience with container security (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience in a SOC or threat intelligence role
