Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and cloud security controls
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations for 24/7 security operations center
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across complex hybrid environments
- Develop automation scripts using Python to enhance security monitoring capabilities
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Present security posture insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in information security with 3+ in senior roles
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Proven experience with SIEM implementation (Splunk, QRadar) and threat intelligence platforms
- Strong background in network security protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS)
- Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
