Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response operations, including threat hunting and forensic analysis
- Develop and maintain security automation frameworks using Python and Terraform
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across critical systems
- Establish security metrics and KPIs to measure organizational resilience
- Mentor junior engineers and champion security best practices across departments
- Stay ahead of emerging threats through continuous research and innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Certifications: CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent advanced security credentials
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong coding skills (Python, Go, or Bash) for security automation
- Experience with zero-trust architecture and IAM implementation
- Demonstrated success in leading complex security transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
