Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide security architectures including cloud, network, and endpoint protection
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches and major threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid environments
- Develop security automation tools and scripts using Python or PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2) through continuous monitoring
- Research emerging threats and propose proactive mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- Certified CISSP or CISP with active CE credits
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Advanced knowledge of SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel) and EDR solutions
- Experience with threat hunting methodologies and MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Demonstrated ability to lead security transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
