Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and data mining
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical objectives and translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop statistical models and algorithms to optimize key business metrics and KPIs
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct A/B testing and experimental design to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
