- Financial oversight with $2M+ annual budget management
- Process optimization driving 30%+ efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years project management experience in tech/SaaS
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success scaling teams beyond 10 members
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced data analysis using SQL and BI tools
- Stakeholder management experience with C-suite executives
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred
- Experience with Atlassian suite and cloud migration projects
