Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end security architectures for cloud and hybrid environments
- Lead penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and threat modeling initiatives
- Develop incident response playbooks and coordinate security breach mitigation
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness across the organization
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR frameworks
- Research emerging threats and propose proactive security countermeasures
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in security architecture
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and automation experience
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling security programs
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
