Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response and forensic investigations for security breaches
- Develop and maintain security automation tools using Python and Ansible
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical systems
- Mentor junior engineers and establish security best practices across departments
- Stay ahead of emerging threats through continuous research and threat hunting
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in enterprise security architecture
- Certified CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent advanced security certification
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container security
- Strong programming skills (Python, Go, or Bash) for security tooling
- Proven experience with SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate risks to non-technical stakeholders
