Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level security frameworks across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments
- Lead incident response operations, including threat hunting, forensic analysis, and remediation
- Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical systems
- Develop and maintain security automation tools using Python, Ansible, and Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
- Establish security metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Present security posture to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture or engineering leadership
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP (or equivalent practical experience)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Proven experience implementing SIEM, EDR, and zero-trust architectures
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred) for security automation
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
