Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide security architectures, including Zero Trust and SIEM solutions.
- Conduct advanced penetration testing, red team operations, and vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in our infrastructure.
- Oversee incident response strategies and manage security breaches to minimize operational impact.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the DevSecOps pipeline.
- Mentor junior security analysts and conduct regular security training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in information security, with a strong focus on infrastructure security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network security protocols, cryptography, and authentication mechanisms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash for automation and scripting.
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container security.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think like an attacker to anticipate potential threats.
