Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end security architectures for cloud-native environments
- Lead incident response operations, including threat hunting and forensic analysis
- Develop and maintain security automation using Python and DevSecOps tools
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines
- Drive compliance initiatives for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks
- Mentor junior security professionals through knowledge sharing and training programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in cloud security architecture
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS/Azure security services and infrastructure
- Certified CISSP, CCSP, or OSCP with demonstrable hands-on penetration testing skills
- Proficiency in security automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Splunk)
- Deep understanding of threat intelligence frameworks and MITRE ATT&CK
- Experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless environments
- Strong background in zero-trust architecture implementation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
