As a pivotal member of our Security Operations Center, you'll lead enterprise-wide security transformations, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with CISOs to build resilient security frameworks. Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response protocols and forensic investigations during security breaches
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for high-profile clients
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python, Ansible, and Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Present security briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior security engineers through technical workshops and code reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in architecture/design roles
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required; CCSP preferred
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and zero-trust implementations
- Strong background in SIEM tuning (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code
- Demonstrated success leading security transformation projects
