Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures across cloud/on-premises environments
- Lead incident response and forensic investigations for major security breaches
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python and DevSecOps practices
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness across the organization
- Collaborate with product teams to embed security in the SDLC
- Stay ahead of emerging threats through continuous research and threat intelligence
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in senior engineering roles
- Certified CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent industry-recognized certification
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration
- Advanced knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for security automation
- Experience with zero-trust architecture and NIST frameworks
- Proven track record in leading incident response teams
