Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security infrastructure across cloud/on-prem environments
- Lead incident response protocols during high-stakes cyber attacks
- Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python/SIEM tools
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging threat intelligence
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security engineering leadership
- CISSP, OSCP, or CISM certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security architecture and zero-trust models
- Proven experience with Splunk, Elastic SIEM, and threat hunting tools
- Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS)
- Strong background in cloud-native security (Kubernetes, containers)
- Experience with security automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform)
