Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures across cloud/on-prem environments
- Lead incident response for high-severity breaches using SOAR and SIEM platforms
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical systems
- Develop security automation using Python, Terraform, and Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and create security training programs
- Stay current with emerging threats through research and certifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security engineering roles
- CISSP, OSCP, or CISM certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security and GCP IAM
- Proficiency with SIEM (Splunk/QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing and red teaming
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience implementing zero-trust architectures
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
