Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts within the assigned territory.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce CRM and reporting on activity metrics.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B software sales, with a track record of exceeding annual quotas.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-year enterprise contracts.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
