Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts generating $1M+ ARR
- Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce and Outreach
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and forecast accuracy within Salesforce
- Present product demonstrations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve sales enablement processes
- Mentor junior team members through quarterly training sessions
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales with 3+ years in enterprise roles
- Proven track record of exceeding $2M annual quota
- Expertise in complex solution selling and value-based pricing
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong analytics
- Strong network of relationships in NYC tech ecosystem
- Certified in HubSpot Sales or Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
