Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across technology, healthcare, and financial services sectors
- Lead complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation, maintaining pipeline visibility in Salesforce
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and refine value propositions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key clients to identify expansion opportunities and ensure satisfaction
- Mentor junior sales associates through structured training programs and peer coaching sessions
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and optimize conversion rates
- Represent Vertex Growth Partners at industry conferences and networking events to build brand presence
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in enterprise-level solutions or SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quota with documented case studies
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (Solution Selling, Challenger Sale)
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com and data analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in multi-year, six-figure contract structures
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to C-level executives
- Willingness to travel 25% of time for client meetings and industry events
