Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Mentor junior sales associates through peer coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with track record of exceeding quotas
- Proven expertise in SaaS/tech sales or enterprise solutions
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with executive presence
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent CRM proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with 6+ month cycles
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and ROI metrics
- Ability to travel 20% of time for client meetings and industry events
