Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Prospect and close enterprise deals with Fortune 500 clients across multiple verticals
- Lead full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with product marketing to position value propositions against competitors
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and reporting in HubSpot
- Train junior sales representatives on objection handling and presentation skills
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement ($1M+ annually)
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex enterprise negotiations
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales analytics tools
- Strong industry network in NYC tech or financial services sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred
