Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets in the financial services vertical
- Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise clients through research and networking
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and sales collateral
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance insights
- Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices and objection handling techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with proven track record exceeding targets
- Expertise in selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions or fintech companies
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in multi-year, six-figure deals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Industry certifications (e.g., CSE, CPSM) preferred
- Valid US driver's license for occasional client meetings
