Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-value prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Negotiate complex contracts and close deals within the designated sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding annual sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including SPIN, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
