- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify new market opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ CRM accuracy and provide weekly pipeline reports to stakeholders
- Mentor junior sales team members through peer-to-peer training sessions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with $500k+ annual quotas
- Proven track record of closing complex deals in SaaS or technology sectors
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and value proposition development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and competitive landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience engaging executive audiences
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
