Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in the tech sector
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices
Qualifications
- 7+ years B2B sales experience with 3+ years in SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quota
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Experience in Austin or Texas tech market highly valued
