Responsibilities

- Manage a pipeline of 50+ qualified leads through CRM (Salesforce) with 20% conversion rate
- Lead complex negotiations with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior sales representatives through structured training programs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue opportunities
- Present quarterly sales forecasts and strategic insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in B2B SaaS sales with proven $2M+ annual achievement
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (SPIN, Challenger)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools (Gong, ZoomInfo)
- Strong network within financial services or fintech industries
- Ability to travel 20% of time for client meetings and industry conferences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
