Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client portfolios
- Lead full-cycle B2B sales processes from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with Fortune 500 enterprise clients
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and sales collateral
- Mentor junior sales team members through peer coaching and knowledge sharing
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track KPIs and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience with proven enterprise-level success
- Track record of exceeding $2M annual sales quota consistently
- Expertise in SaaS/technology sales with complex solution selling methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent CRM proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
