- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise clients across North America
- Lead complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data using Salesforce CRM
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices and closing techniques

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
