Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana
- Lead complex B2B SaaS sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to provide client feedback and market insights
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate weekly sales performance reports
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
