Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire enterprise clients with annual contracts exceeding $500K
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to complex business needs
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify new market opportunities
- Maintain and expand relationships with C-level executives in target verticals
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast quarterly revenue targets
- Mentor junior sales associates through structured coaching sessions
- Analyze market trends to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and subscription-based models
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level demos
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools (e.g., Gong, Chorus.ai)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly within the fintech or healthcare sectors
- Ability to travel 25% of the time for client meetings and industry events
