- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns and sales collateral
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly forecasts
- Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices and closing techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with SaaS technology
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com and CRM systems
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with C-suite executives
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex client requirements
- Experience managing full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract renewal
- Professional certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) highly desirable
