Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in the Midwest region
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation (avg. 90-day cycle)
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline quarterly
- Train junior sales associates on advanced negotiation techniques
- Analyze market trends to identify competitive advantages and new verticals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with SaaS solutions
- Proven track record exceeding $2M annual quota consistently
- Expert knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite executives
- Certified in Salesforce Sales Cloud or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience managing sales cycles valued at $100K+
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client partnerships
