Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate enterprise accounts in financial services, healthcare, and SaaS sectors
- Lead full sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation, maintaining a 6-figure pipeline target
- Leverage Salesforce.com and outreach automation tools to optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with product teams to gather client feedback and influence roadmap decisions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and deliver executive-level presentations to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior sales associates through peer coaching and training workshops
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with SaaS/fintech products
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quota in complex sales environments
- Expertise in solution selling and value-based negotiation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Certified in Salesforce Sales Cloud or equivalent technical sales certification
- Experience scaling sales processes in high-growth startups
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
