Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across North America
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through consultative selling
- Lead complex deal negotiations and contract finalization
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Mentor junior sales representatives through training and best practices sharing
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Expertise in SaaS/enterprise solution sales cycles and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex solutions into client value
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
