Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with CTOs, CFOs, and VPs of Operations
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify new market opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast reporting
- Mentor junior sales associates through training sessions and deal reviews
- Analyze market trends to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Proven track record selling to mid-market and enterprise clients ($50K+ deals)
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and solution-based approaches
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical solutions to business outcomes
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in SaaS/tech industry strongly preferred
