Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Identify and prospect new enterprise accounts in the Midwest territory
- Lead complex B2B sales cycles from discovery to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product teams to customize solutions for client needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze sales performance metrics
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Mentor junior sales team members through best practices sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales preferred
