Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Prospect and engage with C-level executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead complex B2B sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast sales pipeline with precision
- Train and mentor junior sales representatives on best practices
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other sales automation tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in enterprise-level deals
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and customer insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation preferred
