Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets ($2M+ quota)
- Identify, qualify, and close enterprise deals with Fortune 500 companies
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations and contract finalizations
- Collaborate with product team to provide market insights and feature feedback
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast reporting using Salesforce
- Mentor junior sales associates through peer training sessions
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years B2B sales experience with 4+ in SaaS/enterprise software
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annually in sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to present complex technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience managing strategic accounts and C-level relationships
- Ability to travel 20% for client meetings and industry events
