Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets across enterprise accounts
- Cultivate C-level relationships with Fortune 500 decision-makers in key verticals
- Lead complex negotiations resulting in 6-7 figure contract agreements
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market insights and influence roadmap
- Mentor junior sales professionals through structured training programs
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize conversion funnels and forecasting accuracy
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with proven $500K+ annual quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and value proposition development
- Track record of closing complex deals in competitive technology markets
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) preferred
