Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets for enterprise accounts
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and contract negotiations with C-level decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to identify and qualify high-potential leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline growth using Salesforce
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer onboarding and retention

Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles and enterprise-level contract negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and cloud computing landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
