Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach and networking
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product team to customize solutions for client needs
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Provide market insights to inform product development and pricing strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($100K+ contracts)
