Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise-level deals in the SaaS sector
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers across key industries
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends
- Mentor junior sales representatives and conduct regular training sessions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on KPIs
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record in SaaS or tech solutions
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex deal negotiation
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale) preferred
- Experience managing sales cycles exceeding $100k deal values
