Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting enterprise accounts in technology and healthcare sectors
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, maintaining 30+ pipeline opportunities monthly
- Conduct data-driven discovery calls using CRM analytics to identify pain points and solution alignment
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
- Maintain 95% activity compliance in Salesforce while achieving $1.2M+ annual quota
- Mentor junior sales associates on negotiation tactics and solution selling methodologies
- Analyze market trends to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client base
Qualifications
- 8+ years B2B sales experience with minimum 4 years in SaaS enterprise sales
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ annual quota with documented 120%+ achievement rate
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong analytics platforms
- Certification in Solution Selling (Miller Heiman) or Challenger Sales methodology
- Experience selling complex technology solutions to VP/Director-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build C-suite relationships through executive storytelling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into compelling business cases
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
