You will play a pivotal role in shaping our subsurface strategy, working alongside a world-class team of geologists and drilling engineers to unlock maximum reservoir potential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive reservoir management strategies to maximize recovery factors.
- Conduct detailed reservoir simulation and material balance modeling to predict future performance.
- Evaluate acquisition and divestiture opportunities through rigorous technical due diligence.
- Prepare and present detailed reserve estimates in compliance with SEC and PRMS standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize well placement and completion designs.
- Monitor production data to identify opportunities for artificial lift and stimulation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the upstream O&G sector.
- Expertise in industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, CMG, or OFM.
- Strong understanding of production logging, pressure transient analysis, and petrophysics.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
